With over 25 years of experience in the corporate arena holding VP leadership roles Charmaine has a keen passion and sense for positively impacting our greatest resources in the workplace. She has developed a unique understanding of how to lead effectively and build high performing, diversely inclusive and productive teams. Her approach is grounded in the principles of industrial organizational psychology with a humanistic approach. Her insight creativity and exceptional facilitation, leadership and transformational retreats for companies and individuals, and coaching skills have informed CYA's unique and dynamic approach. Charmaine has held management and organizational development roles and is an author, a Toastmasters speaker, a trusted coach and advisor, a wife, a mother, and a friend. She holds a master’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her PhD in industrial organizational psychology.
