Charmaine Augustin, CDE, PhD(c)
With over 25 years of experience in the corporate arena holding VP leadership roles Charmaine has a keen passion and sense for positively impacting our greatest resources in the workplace. She has developed a unique understanding of how to lead effectively and build high performing, diversely inclusive and productive teams. Her approach is grounded in the principles of industrial organizational psychology with a humanistic approach. Her insight creativity and exceptional facilitation, leadership and transformational retreats for companies and individuals, and coaching skills have informed CYA's unique and dynamic approach. Charmaine has held management and organizational development roles and is an author, a Toastmasters speaker, a trusted coach and advisor, a wife, a mother, and a friend. She holds a master’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her PhD in industrial organizational psychology. She is a Certified Diversity Executive, who will motivate, inspire, provoke thought, orchestrate conversation, and be a catalyst for change within your organization.

With over 26 years of experience in corporate world-class organizations, she holds a master's degree in business administration with an emphasis on HR and people development. As a certified SHRM executive leader with a strong focus on leadership, management, and developing a solid business structure, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. Her approach is personalized, detailed, and organized, and she works tirelessly to ensure everyone taps into their full potential. In our ever-changing world of technology and remote connections Margaret constantly stays abreast of changes and guides global clients towards their goals.

He/ She/ They/ Them will be enthusiastic about helping individuals and organizations sharpen their tools for success and develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve. The approach is highly personalized, with a focus on understanding the unique needs of each client and developing customized solutions to address their specific challenges. Bridging the gap for companies as they identify their bench strengths and opportunity areas they plan and execute on the core values and make qualified suggestion to finding those solutions and recommend the best course of action to make significant changes.
