While we hope that you remain as excited and all things are well we understand that situations may arise. The specifics of our cancellation policy is as follows:

•    Cancelations within 24 hours of reservation – full refund

•    Cancelations more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival – refund is 50% of your deposits paid.

•    Cancelations between 45 and 90 days prior to scheduled arrival - refund is 25% of your deposits paid.

•    Cancelations within 45 days of your scheduled arrival – refunds are not available.

•    Refunds not available for early departures.

•    Cancellations must be in writing and in line with policy (email send date will be the marker).

•    Travel insurance is recommended.

Because we cannot protect you from unforeseen circumstances, we highly recommend that you consider buying trip (vacation) insurance.  Trip insurance may help you during weather related incidents, for flight delays & cancellations, and for unforeseen injuries or health issues encountered before or during your vacation. 

Guests/ Attendees are required to book and pay for their own AIRFARE and arrange AIRLINE into Montego Bay, Jamaica . However  ALL roundtrip ground transfers to the resort as well as all excursion ground transportation that are included in the retreat package pricing will be provided. NOTE: Guests/ Clients are responsible for ground transportation and airfare to and from their country/ point of origin. You are encouraged to arrange your own travel insurance.
